What does your share look like?
Estimate your group’s potential daily expenses. Start with an equal split, then customise how many people join each category to see how every share changes.
Use this if some travellers skip a paid attraction or another expense. Adjust how many people joined each category to recalculate the split.
Estimates represent an illustrative one-day model. Paid-attraction costs are derived from local experience prices. Flights, additional meals and personal spending are not included.

We modelled a one-day city break for groups of two, three and four across 50 international destinations. Costs can be viewed in US dollars, euros, or British pounds to make cities directly comparable.
- Hotel cost: the estimate changes by room configuration. Two travellers use one double room, three use a triple or family-room equivalent, and four use two double rooms with a small multi-room saving.
- 4-seater rideshare: an estimated daily taxi and rideshare total for the whole group. The same vehicle cost applies for groups of up to four.
- Private tours: a representative private experience with a base price for two travellers and an incremental charge for each additional guest.
- Group meals: the total increases with group size, while the individual share becomes slightly lower as more dishes can be shared.
- Paid attractions: an estimated per-person ticket cost for a museum, landmark, exhibition, or similar visitor attraction, derived from local experience prices.
- Contactless and card penetration: the estimated share of common visitor transactions that can be completed by contactless card.
The group-rate view presents whole-group costs for four travellers. The split controls recalculate room configuration, meals, private tours, and paid-attraction costs before dividing the total between two, three, or four travellers. For each selected group size, the final score combines per-person affordability (65%) with contactless readiness (35%). Higher scores indicate lower individual costs and easier cash-free group spending.
